This arrived in a very large box that needed two people to lift. Or one strong guy. It came disassembled. I highly recommend having two people to put it together. My ten year old son helped me. When you attach the bed table thing, you have to hold it up while attaching the screws. It took about an hour to put it together. As far as exercise equipment goes, it's nice looking. Simple black and white color. Once assembled, it works well and silently. No squeaky noises. It's a heavy duty machine.

1. It's easy to adjust to your height. The height adjust bar is labeled for your height in both inches and centimeters and seems correct.
2. It's easy to get on and off. And easy to adjust the ankle clamp thing while you are on it.
3. It will keep your kids entertained for hours. :)
Cons:
1. I think the assembly instructions could be much better and the booklet could be bigger for those that can't see small print well.
2. It is heavy. So, since most buying this have back issues, I recommend having help if you want to move it around.

Six pack is always a dream for me. With the increase of age, my stomach is also increasing! This stuff is perfect for me to take a short exercise at home, especially after a day long desk work. A couple minutes' headstand will also help the blood goes into my neck and brain. My neck feels very comfortable after the stretching. Donnot try the sit-up at first. You need to adapt the balance first. The stuff is not hard to assemble if you follow the instructions on the manual. All the screw should be tight enough to keep your safety. The board and the sketchup are very strong. The occupied space is about an area of a table. You can fold it and lean it on the wall when you donnot use it. Overall, it is a very useful equipment. Highly recommended!
The Emer Deluxe Gravity Inversion Therapy Table is an excellent quality inversion table. I could immediately see that this inversion table is very well engineered and all the parts are made with precision. It took me about 30 minutes total to put the inversion table together at a comfortable pace. The box included all the nuts and bolts I needed to put the inversion table together using the instruction manual in an easy to follow, step-by-step process. I was pleasantly surprised how simple this was to assemble on my own with all the required tools included in the box.
This inversion table is clearly made with safety in mind. There's several extra safety measures included that will lock your legs in place, keep the leg bar section locked into the seat, and make sure the table will only invert to a declined position that's an exact fit for my comfort level.
Once I had the table adjusted correctly and balanced for my body weight I was able to lock my legs into the bottom and lay back against the inversion table with my hands by my side and rest comfortably. Then when I was ready to invert, all I did was start to slowly raise my arms above my head and the table automatically started to shifting my body to the exact angle that I preset before starting. My body was perfectly balanced on the inversion table just like a fulcrum, with just the movement of my arms needed to shift the balance of the table.
After testing out the unit several times I felt much more comfortable with using the table and therefore received even more benefits as I was able to relax more into the inverted position. I could definitely feel the difference in my back after a few sessions. When I selected this, I was thinking you had to be practically upside down to get the benefit, but really you only need maybe 20-30 degrees to get a good pull on your joints.
One thing you could do for longer sessions might be a yoga mat to soften the surface a little.
If I had one suggestion/wish: maybe some sort of brake or clutch so you could easily set the incline and lock it in any position WHILE LYING ON IT.

Works beautifully but would recommend having somebody around while you take her for a spin the first couple of times, it was like being in a Benny hill episode haha, and you do get a little sore the first couple of times, but man o man there is a huge difference, I even sleep better, now I just need stop the wife from snoring machine and I'd be good to go
I absolutely LOVE this inversion table, my entire family loves this product. This table takes two people to put together, but it is fairly easy to set up. The instructions are a bit confusing, its just diagrams but its nothing a normal person couldn't understand. This product is very well built and has some weight to it, its sturdy, steady and smooth. I think it is beginning to help my back. It is well made and works well. It has a safety strap and a safety bar so you won't go further than you want to. It is highly recommended to have a person spot you just in case you would have a problem. You want to go backward very slowly, I guess it would be possible to flip it over if you threw yourself backward. You are to come forward very slowly also to prevent getting dizzy. It is not recommended for those that have high blood pressure, ask your doctor first.
The back is not padded but it is fairly comfortable to lie on the few minutes you are to be on it.

I am so pleased with my inversion therapy table a quality piece of equipment Comes with easy to understand step directions, assembled in about 10-15 minutes. Seems very sturdy. I went with this model for the weight capacity ( I am 220 ) but this table holds up to 330 lb I feel confident the unit can hold me. I love the way I feel after I stretch my back I feel like new, This model features an adjustable frame that can be used to set the angle the table will invert to. I found this to be a nice feature because as this was my first attempt with an inversion table I did not think I would be able to go full tilt, luckily I didn't have to. The foot bar adjusts down for height and the padded ankle bar has multiple locking positions for wide range of leg sizes. Where your feet rest is just plain coated metal bar. The arm handles are long enough to push yourself back and pull yourself forward from any position. Again this is the only table I have experience with, but I am happy with my purchase.
Bought it for my husband. He says it's helping. I've been on it a few times just playing around. But I intend to use it more once things settle down after the holidays.
