I have been slacking in the exercising department until I found this vibrating exercise platform. I love all the different settings and the fact that you can switch the speeds up and down to your liking. The remote control is a nice touch especially for certain positions that might make it a little harder to switch the buttons. I also recommend 15 mins or close to it sessions at a time at least until your body gets used to it. The first time I used the machine I was a little sore in all kinds of different places for about a day and then it felt better after. I can feel my muscles getting a workout after the first few minutes. I have definitely never tried any kind of machine like this vibrating platform before and I love it. Plus being able to do all the different workouts in the comfort of my own home instead of having to go to the gym is also great for me being a full time stay at home mother of two. My boys also love getting on it with me for a few minutes here and there. They love how the vibration feels. I have already been getting my family and friends to try it out also and now they all want one.
I had no idea what in the world this product was when I first saw it on Bizarkdeal. I was browsing for unique workout equipment to make my workouts more enjoyable. I didn't really know what to expect with this "vibrating platform" but I'm glad I went for it anyway. One of my favorite things is that I can I can use it for both high and low intensity workouts. I can do low intensity moves while watching tv or doing the laundry and I don't even notice I'm working out, It's amazing. High intensity workouts just require an increased vibration speed or you can even add in weights or choose more difficult moves. Oh, and after I use it not only do I feel like I just finished a workout but I also feel like I just finished a massage. My body feels both strong and relaxed. I'm not sure if that's due to the vibrations or something else but either way i love it.

I have only had my Emer full body platform fitness machine for about a week but I can really feel it working. I have been battling the mid-section bulge for a few years now and I was looking at different approaches to try. I have tried the waist trainers, the wrap thing, all kinds of basic exercises from walking and running to aerobics and different machines at the gym, all with no change. I did lose a couple inches with the wrap but when I stopped using it they came right back on. So I got a Fitbit recently to help track my progress around the same time I started using my Emer platform. When I get on the platform I do some different things, like stand still bend my knees, use the arm bands and move around some with different motions. It always leaves me feeling energized and invigorated especially around the areas that seem to get the most movement. Already I’ve lost 3 inches from my waist! My arms are less flabby more defined muscles and my digestion has improved quite a bit. I still have much to learn about the science behind this vibration exercise platform but I can certainly attest to the results. We just purchased this machine and tried it once and love it. The fact that it is more than just the vibration, but the ability to move up and down from side to side. This really makes you feel the intensity of the workout even on the lowest setting. Great product and we look forward to using it everyday now.
