You'll need to set up the bridge, for the cost it is wonderful
To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much when I ordered this. I play acoustic violin and wanted to try something different. I was pleasantly surprised when I took it out, it looks really well made. Had it tuned and ready to play in ten minutes! No peg slipping, which is common in cheaper violins. I would suggest changing the strings. Manufacturers strings are never good. Get a set of Helicore strings on this and you're good to go!
This is gorgeous product.Best quality for the price it has great sound great strings everything i love it. It's so cool looking i am in love with it.Purchase is very first, recommended to all.
This is one of the best working electric violins on the planet... it has amazing sound quality and its great fun. And please don't write a review 10 seconds after you pulled it out of the box, that's when its in its "worst" condition possible. Just set it up! This is a great instrument, especially since its a violin!
This ia an amazing price for what I got in the mail!!! I was expecting what I paid for, but I got more. I really reccommend this to anyone who is looking for a sleek, cheap, and working violin.
Really Fantastic One! Used many in before but with this price this one is just perfect for me. Great sound quality and really adorable. Perfect for a beginner but looks like and expensive guitar. The overall quality of the guitar is beyond words! I would definitely recommend buying this.
I am Margarets husband and I have enjoyed this violin. My background- Played since 5th grade(classical), 1991 started playing country, 1997-1999 played in a band professionally. Then had to start my career and stopped playing for quite awhile. Just getting back into playing and this is my first truly electric violin(I used a Fishman- in-bridge pickup on my acoustic). The strings are a tad higher than usual due to the fact that the bridge is sitting on the pick-up. I play it through a VOX LEAD AMPLUG(for guitar) and also a NUX PG-2(for guitar) through a BOSE mini speaker or headphones. It is not completely "silent". Practice w/out headphones or amplification is possible. Stays in-tune. Headphones, that are included, are pretty cheap. Bow is sufficient, as well as, the rosin. I have received alot of compliments on the way it looks. I brought to Africa with me and it traveled well. Going to get a Woods Violin Amp when I get back to the states.
