Had my cats for 13 years, and wish I would have found this box sooner. Cleaning up after a cat that does not like to squat when he pee can be a second job. Used others like this that were smaller but urine gets in the cracks and clips that keep box together, very messy. Oh Boy! but not with this box, LOVE IT!! Now my cat cannot raise his booty high enough, even when on some few occasions he tries to go real high and urine hits the seam and clasps of this box, still no problem, because the box is so well made an designed for a high riser like my boy. Cant really explain it well the the seams are very long and strong and protects the urine from going into the cracks and clamps. Trust me, spent the extra cash and buy this box if you have a non squatter, you will not be disappointed.
Well, I have 2 large, tall cats and 1 8 lb, the 1 tall cats aims himself outside the box b/c I think the large litter box I had was too small for him even though it was almost this big but not quite as tall...I can not say how much I love this box, very deep & tall, it is taking some getting used to for the cats b/c theya re not used to a door. Oh and its easier to scoop b/c thew sides are rounded instead of square...if you have multiple cats and they are tall, I highly recc
This is big....just what I wanted. If you have more than one cat using the same box - this is the one. Big cats can turn around inside this to cover up their biz and because the lip of this is so high - the cat litter does not get kicked out much at all. Good buy for me regardless of price.
Very roomy. My cat is about 17 pounds and he has plenty of room. It cleans very nicely. My kitty is happy and so am I.
One of the best things about this box is that it is very tall. Many of the other covered boxes were not as tall so some of my cats would not use them. It is very large as well so if you don't like your litter boxes to be conspicuous, this may not be the one for you. It will be noticed! One of my cats is a digger and will only urinate on the very bottom of any litter box. I have found that the litter doesn't stick to the bottom of this box as much as others I have used. There is nothing worse than chipping away at clumped litter on the bottom of a box! I do wish that it was available with a clear top. I have 14 cats and 14 boxes, and a clear lid would make it easier to see the clumps without removing the lid.
