Love this! I wear dresses for work that are constantly getting wrinkled after I wash them - this garment steamer is a quick and easy solution to that! Plus, it's great for curtains which is what I used it on most recently! Definitely worth the purchase!
I actually own two of these steamers and this one is so much nicer than the other one that I have. The tank is much larger and holds a ton more water than my other one. The handle is nicer and has the removable brushes on it. The hanger piece is adjustable and can be unscrewed to go smaller, or screwed completely to be larger. The hose is protected by a Braided covering and does not get hot when in use. The height of the entire steamer is adjustable as well. Its really great for anyone that is required to wear dress clothes and is much faster than using an iron and board. I am very impressed with the product and I would definitely recommend it. It's much better than my other one and I will never use another brand after using this one.
I have recently started quilting and having to iron the row I have already sewed seem to take me forever so I decided to try a steamer out. I will admit I was at first intimidated by it but once I got it all put together it was easy. It was easier putting it together then I was thinking as well. I am excited that with the Kazoo I can also steam clean my living room couch and the recliner with the benefit of not having to use any chemicals. Love this Steamer! It came in right one time! The package was packed very nice in several boxes so it was very secure for shipping. I have never owned a steamer and was ready to give it a try! The instructions where very easy to follow as to how to put it all together. Was put together it looks very nice n my washroom not to bulky so doesn't take up much space! The support bar can be adjust to many different sizes super short to pretty tall so it is functional for all heights. I put my water in and turned it on heated up and was ready to use very quickly I could see steam coming out. I tried it out first on a outfit my son has out grown that was packed away and very wrinkled wish all the thousands of wrinkles would have shown up better in picture! The Kazoo steamer rocks! My husband "doesn't know how to iron" and is 6'6" which means ironing his dress shirts takes forever! He will gladly steam his shirts now with this garment steamer! its quick, easy to use, and easy to set up! It doesn't take long to heat up and only takes a few passes over a shirt to even get out those stubborn wrinkles. I can't wait to use this during wedding season to take care of my dresses that i can't just throw in the dryer or dry clean. It also has a nice attachment with bristles to use near delicate fabrics like silk, and that same accessory is used to make creases if need be! It also has a tool to use on collars so that you dont burn your hand trying to hold something under it. And you also get an oven mitt type glove to save yourself from burned hands. I've used this on a couple of hubby's shirts and a few dresses and have had no problems whatsoever! I'm so glad to have this around the house!

I was a little bit curious if what a garment steamer really is until I got this Kazoo large capacity professional garment steamer. First of all I would say that this is a must have equipment. This steamer is huge but not that heavy though. I can lift it with my one hand easily. It's easy to put together and you can use it anywhere in your house. I won't have to just go to the laundry room to iron my clothes, now I can just take this with me even in the living room and watch my favorite movie and steam my clothes at the same time. It holds up to 2700ml of water. You can fill and drain the tank easily too with no mess at all. Using this is pretty easy,once plugged in, it'll start to heat up in like minutes and you can start using it. This comes with trousers press clamp with fabric brush, triangular collar pressing pad and a scald proof gloves. This made my life easier and I'll be using this to get rid of the wrinkles on my dresses. This is a great quality product and worth the buy. I am so pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend this.
This steamer is amazing! I've used other steamers in the past and have not had near the results that I've had using this! This product gets such a better clean, irons out the wrinkles in seconds and looks great just sitting there! It was a little bit of work to put it together but it comes with easy to read and understand instructions, making it a cinch to put together! I did it in about 10 minutes. Once it was all put together, I couldn't wait to try it out! I just added some water to the tank, I plugged it in, turned the dial to the selected fabric, and it was ready to go within minutes! I could see the steam shooting out the handle so I knew I could start using at any time! I used my steamer on a couple of super wrinkly dresses and was amazed with how well and quickly it cleaned them and left them completely wrinkle free. You don't have to push a button to apply the steam, just hold the head to the fabric and it will steam! It is also whisper quiet which I've never had when using other steamers. It is easy to glide it up and down next to the clothing to get a good clean, and to get the wrinkles out. I did a dress, front and back, in about 2 minutes. The super wrinkly fabric was completely wrinkle free in no time at all. The steam gives it a nice clean and the fabric is left smelling clean and fresh. The steamer has a nice size head brush so you can cover a lot of material quickly but it's not so big that it is still very lightweight and easy to maneuver. It is also very easy to store too. Just remove the brush, place the handy glove over, and place in the corner. It looks great just sitting in my laundry room, very professional looking! The steamer does an amazing job of cleaning and can be used on couches and other fabrics too, not just clothes! It totally comes in handy for all types of cleaning. I have a lot of clothes that can not be washed in the washing machine or a more delicate fabric. This is a great alternative to hand washing and is safe and easy to use on all types of fabrics, even silk! I've absolutely loved using this steamer.
