This is a lightweight inversion table that you need to assemble with the enclosed tools. I had never used one prior to this so I wasn't sure how it would work but it's great! It was easy to put together and I was able to use it right away, by myself. There is the ability to adjust as to height and I felt safe using it. Good product.
Works great and supports a lot of weight. The strap could be better for someone with more weight but other than that great.
With the exception of poorly drawn instructions, it was easy to assemble and it most certainly met specs. I find it useful for me and my spinal stenosis.
