This is an awesome piece of exercise and workout equipment. First off your gonna need some space to work on building it when it arrives. Just got mine delivered today. I put it together earlier. I have also worked out on it for a while. Make sure that you have a workout partner with you or at least someone around to help you out of it just in case you become fatigued and need some assistance getting back upright. It's very easy to get into and to go backwards and get yourself upside down. Getting back to right side up after working out on this inverted bench may be difficult without some assistance. This exercise bench has some safety features to keep you from falling or hurting yourself. This exercise bench has braces that lock in your feet, ankles, and lower legs so they won't fall out of place. There are padded arm rails to help you guide yourself down and back up again. The padded grips are made of a soft reforming foam. This bench is size adjustable for height/length. This invert able exercise bench has an extra bar that can be put in place to change the level to two additional levels. Without the bar you can invert to completely upside down. With the bar you can be on an inverted angle and by placing the bar in another hole placement you can remain lever like being on a table. There is also a strap with hooks that can vary and limit the distance you can go to while inverting. The padded backing for the backboard is very comfortable. This exercise bench has foldable legs to help store it out of the way. It has a bit of weight to it as well. So you should keep that in mind if your thinking of getting one. Make sure that you have space to flip it from right side up to being upside down without hitting into anything. Well now you have my take on this product. I purchased this as a present for my brother in law. He loves it. It is easy to use and easy to adjust. It isn't too large and it is easy to move around.
Love this product, unfortunately they sent me the wrong hardware to put it together so I had to make due since it was some simple pieces. This has really helped my back in conjunction with chiropractic and injections since I had a severe herniated disk.
