Very surprised with the high quality of this umbrella. For the price, I was expecting something not as nice. Fabric is very thick and stitching is sturdy.
This will be one of my longer reviews, so I apologize in advance but if you're really interested in purchasing this umbrella it's a MUST read review. I'm in LOVE with my new patio umbrella. It looks like a $300 patio umbrella, no exaggeration. I was completely blown away by the quality and just overall beauty of this umbrella. It's extremely easy to set up and start enjoying.
So first I would like to talk about the overall beauty of this umbrella. The shade of green is darker on cloudy days and much more bright and vibrate on sunny days. It's made from a polyester fabric that's fade resistant, mold and mildew resistant, and has 98% UV protection. The fabric is extremely thick and durable. It's also very very easy to clean. The fabric is also solution dyed polyester so it's fade resistant and will last you many, many years to come. The frame of the umbrella is an antique bronze frame that looks extremely expensive and extremely beautiful.
Now let's talk set up. I honestly had no clue how the umbrella would arrive or how set up would be. It comes in a long, thin, box that is tapped closed. Carefully take you a knife or scissors and cut through the tape (very easy). The umbrella comes in just two pieces! All you do is screw the two pieces together and your umbrella is completely ready to go in your umbrella stand or patio table.
Last but not least I want to tell you about the features of this patio umbrella. I didn't realize until I had already purchased it that the umbrella TILTS! You just press a button at the very top and voila! So no matter where the sun is shining you can easily get shade. It has a crank to open and close the umbrella. Super convenient and super easy to use. The crank turns so smoothly and simply, you will see in the video how quick and easy it is as my husband turns the crank. The umbrella also has wind and heat venting at the very top! It's an astonishing 8ft in height and a 7 1/2 ft octangular umbrella. The umbrella unfortunately does not come with the base stand but mine stands alone perfectly in my patio table. We may purchase one later on but it's not a necessity.

UV protection and it is fade resistant. It is easy to open and close. It has a push button tilt and crank. The inside has steel 6 ribs that are sized at 0.55 x 0.79 inch. The top of the umbrella has a air vent. That helps to provide the basic wind and heat venting. It is very well made. Strong and durable. It is the perfect size and it looks very very nice. Very fast shipping.
This is the 2nd umbrella I've purchased from them. The first one looked great, but a storm broke the rod in half because the umbrella was open when it shouldn't have been. The first one was still looking wonderful after three years and had to be replaced due to 'user error'! I have the new one on my patio now and being a 77 year old disabled woman, loved that the crank to raise and lower the umbrella very easy to use. Very good construction. Now, if a storm comes up - can easily lower the umbrella.

We received this umbrella yesterday, and are thrilled with the quality and appearance. The antique bronze finish matches our new table and chairs perfectly. We are using it in a bar height table, and it works great. Great quality for the price.
good umbrella but lacks a tie-down----few cents more and it would be perfect
From bottom to top it stands over 8 ft with the stand. Because its so high, it can cast the shade and cover areas further from the table. So its cool that it can tilt at an angle with a simple button. I think the box said it's 11lbs. For an umbrella that's heavy and it is heavy duty. Comes in 2 pieces, they screw into eachother very easily. You will need a strong base and make sure to close it up during heavy winds. Gives good protection from direct sun and straight downward rain. Looks great in the back yard. And it's much bigger than the last Ingalls umbrella we had.
