I've been looking for a portable vibration table to use at home or work, I fell in love with the table at my physical therapy office and was SO excited to find the SUPER MINI BODY SHAPER!!!

This portable platform fitness machine was much bigger and bulky then I ever imagined. It will hold up to 264 lbs, so reckon I'm safe to use it. I leave it plugged in by my recliner and use it for back aches, leg cramps and for an anti-stress machine! And I'm hoping in the future to see a weight loss added to the benefits. There are adjustable modes and speeds, so you can set it according to how much work out you want. I love the remote control, as that means I don't have to leave my chair to use it. Of course, it comes with a manual control too. They provide two adjustable straps which provide an intense upper body workout when you stand on the machine. We are enjoying the benefits very much. More time on the machine will be needed for other results. However, I really expected more of a detailed instruction booklet on use. I had a few questions on time, vibrations per second and what that means, etc. I had no info on where to even call or write for answers.
Seems durable, factory smell but tolerable and feels great when you get off this thing!
