I have had these coat hangers for a couple months now and they are still holding up well. I would have preferred that they be totally medal like they made them in the old days, but this was the only kind I could find. They have plastic on the center part that clamps the hanger shut. From past experience the plastic tends to break after awhile, but so far these have all held up. They hold the pants well without any falling off. I am going to recommend them with 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the plastic part.

Fantastic hangers, well made and great price. I use them to hang my jeans because I was tired of them slipping off of the regular hangers. The clamp used to hold the pants in place is super strong, but I haven't noticed any dents in my clothing because of it. I'm really impressed with these hangers.

These hangers free up space in your closet and keep dress pants from having the normal knee fold common on many pants that are not hung this way. Not only will this free up closet space, but pants no longer slip off from a standard hanger where they are just folded across the bar. These pants do not slip off at all because they are clipped between the two sides and locked by folding up the metal component. I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend them for dress pants.
