Well, this is the second one I got and thus far I love it. The first time I ordered it, I got what's shown in the picture. Fortunately I had no problems working with Amazon to get a refund and the one I have now arrived without incident. Most of the strings were even pretty close to being in tune. I'm not terribly keen on the tuner that comes with it but since I already have a tuner (both real tuner and on my phone) I'm not that bothered about it. In short, I think I'm ready to begin learning. Wish me luck!

Bought it for my son, who has just graduated from a 3/4 to a full size. His 3/4 had nylon stings and he loves the sound of the metal strings.

This arrived the next day! I was so happy. It is beautiful! And I was very surprised to find a red capo! Not the black on pictured. I'm putting it up till Christmas but it had everything in the box that is pictured. The guitar itself is beautiful. There were no scuffs or marks of any kind. The frett board is smooth. There was plastic on the pick guard that kept it from getting scratched. I peeled it off. :) it was shipped in a box, in a box. The guitar was wrapped in plastic to keep it nice. I'm very pleased with it. I can't wait to tune it and get started!
