I hate ironing but I also don't like to be wrinkled. And now with this steamer I have a easy way to be wrinkle free. It's easy to fill the unit. The opening is large enough making it easy to fill and what I normally do is use a measuring cup. It comes with a brush attachment that I find makes steaming easier. The steamer is very light weight and very compact. It only takes a few minutes for the steamer to heat up and be ready for steaming. Steaming out wrinkles is super easy. I just hang the item on a hanger and hang it on the back of a chair to steam it. Takes me around 5 minutes to fully steam a shirt. And now I can steam my curtains. No more having to iron them, then wrinkle them back up as I hang them back up. It's awesome. Over all this is a great compact steamer that does a terrific job.
This was my first steamer, and it has been a very easy to use. Not sure if it actually saves that much time over ironing, as it takes a few minutes to start steaming, and the process does take time if you want to get significant wrinkles out, but it definitely does save space + you don't have to worry about burning any clothing.
This steamer is pretty awesome! It is very lightweight and super easy to use. I got the grey color and it looks very nice. The steamer has a six foot cord with a two prong plug which is long enough to move around while using it. The steamer is 8 inches tall and has a 5 inch handle making it very easy to hold. It is easy to fill. The top twists off and the filling spout to right on top. There is a nice clear window to see how much water is in it with min and max lines. I filled it to the top, plugged it in and in about two minutes it was ready to steam. The water starts boiling and produces the steam. It has a light steady flow. It is not so powerful that you have to worry about burning your hand on the steam but powerful enough to get the job done. The power button is on the bottom of the unit. I have used this steamer for many clothing items, sheets and even on my curtains. I am a nurse and never iron my scrubs. If they get wrinkled, I usually just throw them in my dryer which uses a lot more electricity than this steamer does. I just place the clothing on a hanger and start steaming. It really is that easy. There steam head has 9 holes and is about 3.5 inches long. There is a brush attachment that clips right over the steam head. I really like using the brush attachment. I find that it helps remove the wrinkles better. It works great to freshen up your curtains. When filled to the max line, the steamer produces a steady stream of steam for about 10 mins. I was really surprised at how quiet the steamer is. All you hear is the water bubbling. I can use it in the morning before work and don't have to worry about it waking up anyone. I haven't found any wrinkles that this steamer can't handle. It works just as well as ironing without bringing out a large ironing board. I am very happy with my purchase. It will be great to take with me while traveling. I think everyone should own one of these. It really saves a lot of time and electricity if you use the dryer like me to remove your wrinkles!
This steamer works pretty well, given that it's a steamer. I've never had a steamer that works as well as an iron, but the steamer is easier to use and pack, and basically effective. I remember when my mom told me that she used to hang her clothes in the bathroom while she showered so that she would get the steam effect - this is similar. It gets out light wrinkles, but nothing major. It's easy to use, and works as described. It is also really cute. However, it is not meant for 240 volts, and so it is not good for worldwide travel without a substantial converter.
This steamer is great for touch ups or travel. It is lightweight and easy to use. Just remove locking top, pour in water, replace locking top, plug in and turn it on. Now give it a few minutes to heat up, you can see the water bubbling and steam starting to come out. It can be use with or without the brush attachment. This did a very nice job on my husbands shirts, getting the wrinkles out and looking freshly pressed. It is very easy and fast to do, he can steam them in the morning after he takes them out of the closet. Since it is small it will be easy to fit into your luggage when traveling.
Looking for a simple but effective clothing steamer? This steamer here will do the trick. It's no frills, easy to use, and effective. Below is my review of this item. I used it on a shirt on mine that is constantly wrinkled. I hate ironing since you have to pull out the ironing board and iron, wait for it to heat up, etc. The steamer is simple and easy. Fill between the min and max lines, plug in, and turn on. It takes about 10 minutes for it to heat up. The water began boiling and while you can't see the steam coming out, you can feel it by holding your hand 6 inches away or so. Take care when first picking up the steamer, as I found that hot water comes out of the steam head a bit when you tip it the first time. This can be remedied by tipping it over the sink to get any excess water out of the steam head. I didn't have issues with splashes on the material or dripping after the fact. It only took a minutes or two to steam the whole shirt. Pros: Simple design Easy to use Effective Cost effective Comes with brush attachment Cons: Water collects in the steam head at first. Tip it over a sink when you first start and it's not an issue. If you're looking for a no-frills clothing steamer, this is a good one to use. I will add photos to my review shortly, as I'm having issues uploading them at the moment. I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a basic model.
It is compact and does a reasonably good job of steaming wrinkles out on light fabrics. Takes a little more work to remove wrinkles on heavier garments but it's still do-able. Can't beat the price. I've used it some more in the Office and my Travel Iron is now buried deep in the back of one of the drawers. Good cure for the "one hour on the Subway in the Morning" Suit Wrinkles. Buy It. There may be better, no expensive, and more elaborate models out there but, for the money, this does the trick.
I have been wanting a fabric steamer for so long! Life gets hectic sometimes and there are many times when I take a load of laundry out of the dryer with only enough time to toss them in the basket and carry them upstairs. However it seems this only happens when I have an important meeting the next day and I need my dress pants or a special shirt. This fabric steamer is great for this, and so easy to use! All you need is an outlet, some water, and a few minutes of time, and your fanciest clothes are looking clean and pressed. The unit is very compact super lightweight and easy to use I was impressed with the size and how late late it what yet the material used to make it seems pretty durable nice thick plastic nothing cheesy no corners skipped. The instructions included are very easy to read and the unit itself is simple to operate. When you fill the steamer it's very easy to do you don't need a funnel because there's a nice wide mouth on the top of the unit. There is also a very large clearly labeled meter on the front of the unit that shows you (do not fill beyond the fill line it will make a mess ) the unit works by heating up water to a boil and forcing the steam at the vent if you're going to use the included brush make sure you attach it before you turn the unit 1 or turn it off and give it time to cool the same will burn you. That being said I was pretty surprised by the ample amount of time that this year that produces for being such a small unit. I am involved with entertaining the troops at home and have several costumes that I need to wear I've been using this unit every time I take my costume somewhere to get dressed up it only takes a few minutes with this team and especially the brush to knock out the wrinkles that are remaining and freshen everything up. This'll be a fantastic gift again I'm really excited about it and I think it's a good value the cord is heavy duty and made very well all of the moldings and seems are put together nicely and there's no leakage anywhere from the unit except for where it's supposed to leak this scene. This is a great item to travel with, as it's fairly small and can easily fit in a suitcase. You just fill it up with a jut a cup of water, plug it in, and it starts steaming shortly after you turn it on. It's great to keep at home or bring with you - it easily gets the wrinkles out of your clothing. It took me about two minutes to get all of the wrinkles out of a wrinkly blazer. I'd recommend it!

I have been wanting to get a travel/compact steamer for a long time. I not only wanted one for getting wrinkles out of things such as clothes and curtains, but also wanted to get one for my photography. I am an advanced hobby photographer and take pictures whenever I get the opportunity to help build my portfolio. One of my favorite things to photograph are newborns. Often, especially during the colder months it's more practical to go to where the baby is. Often that means folding up back drops, baby clothes and accessories. When I unpack, everything is wrinkled. I have used a larger clothes steamer but it's just more stuff to lug around and I have plenty of stuff already. The Kazoo Compact Handheld fabric Steamer is going to make it much easier on me. First off, it's compact! It's so small and portable that packing it to go with me will be a breeze. It's also really stylish looking. The one that I have looks like it's from the 1960's. Now it does come with instructions but they honestly aren't the most complete. When you take it out of the box you will be removing 3 pieces, the body, a top section and a brush add on if you want to use it. Your first step is to fill the reservoir with water. The front of the body has a clear area to show you the minimum and maximum fill line. I ended up putting just over 5 ounces of water to fill it. To put the top section on, you need to line it up the triangle on the top portion with the picture of the open lock on the bottom (body base) portion. Then do about a quarter turn until the triangle on the top now lines up with the "closed" lock on the bottom section. Next plug it in (this has a pretty short cord so you may need an extension cord if you don't have an outlet nearby.) You then press the power button on and it will light up red. It took approximately 4-5 minutes before I saw steam coming out and bubbling in the section of the body where you can view the water level. I grabbed a tie that my son had wrinkled up in a suitcase and had asked me to iron for him. It only took a few passes of the steaming water to release all the wrinkles. I was glad that it didn't oversaturate the tie as I was doing it. That is one of the issues that I had with my other steamer. I did not use the brush accessory for the tie. I also did try this out on a section of one of my backdrops and it worked just as well. So basing this on the fact that this is a compact, travel size steamer, I am giving it 5 stars. Although I do wish that the cord was longer, I think that when a product is supposed to be "compact", if you added a long bulky cord you would be defeating the purpose. I think it works fast, works well and is easy to travel with. I would definitely recommend this to others.
I use this little steamer all the time when I travel. It heats up really quickly and makes life so much easier when all I have to do is run the steamer over a dress on the hanger, rather than drag out the ironing board. Hotel irons are notoriously grimy and risky to use on nice clothes, this ensures I never need to worry about having a silk dress marked or burned again.

I have never been good at ironing, I always end up making deeper wrinkles than the ones I get out. I have heard of steamers before, but they seemed to be too big for me to handle and I was afraid of getting burned. All I had to do was fill up the tank with water, plug it in, and turn it on. It heated up way faster than I expected, nothing like waiting for the iron. I did not even have to worry about what setting to put it on because there are no settings needed. I took a quick video of my husband using it on a shirt to show how quickly it works. This steamer by Kazoo does not cause any wrinkles and simply steams the wrinkles out. I think it's important to empty the tank after it cools off and let it dry out before storing it.

Heats up fast and I like the attached brush. Be careful with what water you use, I did get white build up inside probably from my tap water when it evaporated. Still works fine though and doesn't spit out water onto the clothes.
