It is solid and has sturdy base. It is beautiful, easy to put together, easy to use, and work great. I use it for a party dress and the suit of my husband. It quick heats up in 60 seconds and I am done in a couple of minutes. Compared to an ironing board this takes up a lot less space and is easy locked in for height adjustments. Now I use it every day instead of an iron. It is a great price with free shipping. I would highly recommend it.
I bought this after my Shark steamer didn't work well anymore. I've had this one for about 4 months now and have used it several times on everything from my suits for work to curtains, table cloths, and sheets. I keep it in my utility room and fill it up as I use it. It heats up in about 1 minute and you can tell from a popping noise that it is steaming hot. I empty any remaining water after each use. I watched some YouTube videos to learn how to use it more proficiently after I tried it the first time and felt it was really awkward. The videos made a big difference for me to understand where to hang things, how to hang them, etc. to be able to steam them effectively and not burn myself. For other people, it might be more intuitive. I've avoided ironing like the plague though so I might have missed some lessons that families typically pass down on this sort of chore. Anyhow, after 4 months, this is still working great and I actually don't dread using it at all. For every day steaming, it is pretty fantastic.
This is the first time I've ever used a garment steamer. I don't even use the steam feature on my iron. But I really wanted to give this a try. It's very easy to but together, there are several pieces and the box is rather large that it arrive in. The one thing I really didn't care for was the instruction book. The pictures and font are way to small and difficult to read and follow. But assembly is so easy you really don't need the instructions, it only takes a few minutes to put together. Once I had it together and the bars fully extended, it stood slightly taller than me and I'm 5'3". It does store nicely and can fit in a corner or even the back of a closet. It is super easy to use too. It warms up very fast and really did a great job removing the wrinkles. I was actually having fun using this and watching the wrinkles disappear with next to no effort on my part. It is so much faster and easier then using a standard iron. I don't think I'll ever use an iron again. I also use wrinkle release sprays. This was even faster then that. I am absolutely in love with this product. It's light weight and easy to move around if need be. This can be used on virtually everything, including curtains.
I had a handheld $40 travel steamer that stopped working after a couple months so I decided to give this steamer a try. It was easy to put together and it doesn't really take up as much space as I thought it would. The machine produces good steam and I was able to steam 7 shirts in about 5 minutes. There's several dials depending on the fabric you're working with and I would definitely recommend this to everyone!
I so needed this product in my life. I think it's reasonably priced...steamers can be very expensive! I like this one b/c it's light weight and portable. You can remove the base from the stand to get higher up places. The instructions were very easy to follow and only took me a few minutes to put together. It doesn't take long to heat up either which is nice. I like how it has a place to hang shirts and to hang pants. It has the brush attachment too...they really thought of everything. This Kazoo 46oz Professional Dual Bar Garment Steamer is perfect for anyone who doesn't like to iron or who want to make ironing easier. It comes very securely packaged. There are 13 pieces. The unit itself, base, 2 snap together side bars, pants bar, shoulder bar, hook, iron with hose, collar press, protective hand mitt, 2 tilt arms and a brush tool plus instructions. The instructions were fairly general and I needed to look at the picture to double check what I was needing to do, but you can't mess up. I like how the side legs have clips that you easily unsnap or push down to adjust the height. This folds down to about 22 in. for easy storage and raises to 55.5 in. tall to easily hang a dress. The steamer has a safety shut off for when it runs out of water and it heats up pretty quickly in about 40 seconds!! There are 4 settings based off fabric. This took the wrinkles out very easily for me and I hate ironing!!
This is a great product. The fact that it has two pillars to support makes the who process easier. Previously had a Phillips steamer in Singapore and after using this I've realized this takes only half the time. The color is a little different than what is shown but overall a good quality steamer for a great price

This is a typical steam cleaner. It’s durable, solid. The steam clean came with a very detailed manual which made it easier for me to set it up and use it. The designs of the multiple height settings, shoulder expansion, bigger iron pad and dual bar are awesome. With the design, all of my clothes can be easily ironed, no matter what size, shape and weight of them. Overall, the product is great and it’s well worth what you paid.
