I LOVE THIS!!!! This Kazoo steamer has cut my morning routine in half and given me more time to sleep in! I have to steam my husband's uniforms and my work clothes every morning and this Kazoo steamer is so easy to use. It starts steaming in less than a minute and provides a place for me to hang up the garment while I am steaming it if I want to. I highly recommend this steamer, you will regret purchasing any other brand of steamer. It arrived quickly and was a snap to put together.
Perfect steamer. I have had 2 steamers and both of them lacked in some basic features that this one offers. The most important being steam, this thing really radiates a ton of steam and makes quick work of the wrinkles. It is very well put together and high quality. My favorite added feature is the retractable power cord, all you do is unplug and step on the pedal to the right and it winds itself for clean storage. It worked fantastic on my shirts and took a chore of breaking out an iron that damages the clothes to a quick dewrinkle with a little steam .I love this and could not be happier!
I ordered this item for one specific reason, so that I could steam iron my husband's chef jackets. In the past, I've ironed them on the ironing board with a handheld iron, which works, but takes a huge amount of turning the jacket and repositioning it over and over in order to get between all the buttons, the cuffs, and the collar so that I could create the crisp lines that an executive chef should be wearing to run his kitchen. The Kazoo Garment Steamer did a fantastic job doing just that and I had a super easy job of steaming his jacket. I was able to hang the jacket right on the extended top bar and only had to reposition it in order to get the back side. The steamer arrived in pieces, the base shown was all one piece but the rack and handheld portion had to be assembled. This portion can be left off of the unit if that is your choice, which may be easier for steaming curtains. The directions provided were somewhat unclear but I was able to assemble it without too much difficulty. The water reservoir held plenty of water for my project which was a definite bonus since I've had handheld units in the past which needed to be refilled with water every few minutes which causes a huge difference in the time you spend steaming. The steamer has a foot pedal on/off switch and a foot pedal for cord retraction which I absolutely love since I hate winding messy cords. However, I did find the cord itself to be a little shorter than desired for my taste. Also included in the box was an oven mitt to protect your free hand, a soft brush attachment, which I was unable to securely attach to the head of my steamer, and a black plastic thing with holes in it that says hot. I was unable to figure out what that thing was for and it is not listed in the manual as a part that is included with the unit. I like that you can hang the pants or tops that you are steaming, directly on the unit for convenience. It is compact so it can fit neatly in a closet or stored back in the box it came in if preferred. Overall, I really love how well the garment steamer works, It puts off plenty of heat to do its job & the output of steam is adjustable. It is effective and suits my intended usage and I can even steam my curtains with it.

I love this steamer ! I hate to iron and this makes it so easy. No ironing board you just swipe the handheld steamer over your clothes and the wrinkles are gone. This is very easy to put together. It took me less than 20 minutes . I had some confusion about which side the bars go into and basically they only fit the side their supposed to go into anyways. This arrives pretty much already together you just need to click in the sides and screw the hose onto the steamer and add water. After pushing the power button the light turns on and in the middle setting it was ready to go in less than a minute. This works faster and better than any iron I have ever used and is so much more convenient. I had a quick question in regards to operating this device and recieved a direct response from the manufacture within a few hours ( on Christmas Eve). I am extremely happy and just love this steamer . I can't believe this is my first time owning one all this time my family could have non wrinkled clothes.
