This is an incredible case that you will have for years to come. It looks stunning and protects your in your case will be very well protected. This case is very different from traditional cases because it is actually a wood case covered in cloth. So, it is covered by a solid wood case which is much more sturdy than any other case I have previously tried. Another aspect which I love about this case is the amount of storage that this case holds. Both of my children play violin and they can easily carry all of their necessities in this case, and have spare room. I also love that the case locks, which is great for at their school. This is a wonderful case which I absolutely recommend.

The inside of the case is just stunning to me with the vibrant blue on the lid against the black and the gorgeous wood of the violin. The interior is velvet and looks rich. Amazing! The outside is black canvas and there is a zipper and then snaps that secure the case closed.

I love this professional sturdy violin case. I played the violin in the middle school and early high school years. So for many years I have been wanting to start playing the violin again. I figure I would start with the case that way when I start looking for my violin I would not have to immediately find a case to protect it. This is a premium case, and it is lined with this soft blue velvet lining. It is a hard case that will protect even the most vintage violin out there. it also has this neat thing that can measure the humidity in the case it's self. I have only used this case once so far, but I love it. It also arrived when expected. It's seems to be very durable and hardy. I feel like everything inside is well protected. There are two large compartments for holding everything from a chin rest to all violin accessories. The top of the case has a zipper that goes around the entire length of the case for holding music, which I love because my other case wasn't big enough to hold music (or a chin rest). The only drawback I can see is that it's a bit heavy, which doesn't bother me (I'm an adult), but for a younger person or someone who has to carry it far, this could possibly be a problem. The case has a lock on it which I didn't realize until the first day I used it. I have no idea where the key is. When I received the case, there was a small card wound around the handle, I threw it away, I'm wondering if the key was attached to it. Anyway, I don't need the key, just wanted people to know to look for it because no paperwork came with the case.

I absolutely love this case. It is exactly what is pictured above. It is 100% real wood, the hygrometer works well, and my 4/4 violin fits perfectly in it. I would highly recommend you to buy this professional case for such a good price it is priced at.
I bought this violin case for my younger sister who is just starting to learn to play and borrowing an old violin of mine, which had a very old case. I know what goes into a good violin case and this met pretty much all of my qualifications. It's made of a sturdy material, with canvas over the hard case. The zippers are okay quality, but it is occasionally difficult to zip up. The clasp is metal and has a key that comes with it. Not great quality, but it adds a little security. The case comes with two straps so that you can wear it as a backpack or with a single strap. The straps are adjustable and have nice pads for comfort. The inside of the case is very nice with blue velvet. There's two very large compartments, both of which could easily hold a shoulder rest. There's a tiny little one where the neck would rest, but I honestly don't know what you would put in there, a piece of rosin wouldn't even fit, it's about an inch and a half square. The portion that holds that actual violin is nice, it fits a 4/4 violin snugly (I tried it on both my violin and my sister's), and has extra padding in the body. It includes a pad to go over the violin too. The bow-holders are pretty standard, with silk ribbon backing in a lighter blue.
The one thing I didn't like was that it didn't have a velcro strap to wrap around the neck of the violin for added security. It has some leather-ish strings that you could tie around the neck, but that's not really practical for everyday use. I did put the violin in without tying the strings, closed the case, and shook it, but the violin didn't move.
One other note, I was pretty disappointed in the shipping. When it arrived, it looked like the box had been through the ringer, but that's not entirely the fault of the maker. I was concerned that it might be damaged, but the case itself was wrapped in plastic as well. There was a small scrape on the canvas that I couldn't get rid of entirely. But I figured since my sister is ten years old, it was only a matter of time before there were more to match.

Very nice. Arrived on time. Our daughter loved it. Very nice interior with lots of pockets. Fit the violin perfectly. Plenty of space for shoulder rest etc. Lock and straps are wonderful too. We looked at many products and choose this one. Very glad we did. Saved ourselves $100+.
