Compared to the inversion tables I have used in the past this is one of the best by far. It is comfortable, easy to use and l love that it locks in place for multiple angles. The instructions could use some more detail as some assembly steps were left out, after studying the pictures and using logic I was able to figure out without much trouble. It is a heavy duty table and very well made, I have not doubt that it can hold the 330lbs it says it can. My husband has had a lot of back pain and since using this a few minutes several times a day he has already felt enemies relief. My 9 yr old son has back pain as well and has started to use it some, it is easy for him to adjust and get set up for his hight and use himself. We also discovered that with the well placed hole in the top of the back rest you can lock it in to place and use it as a massage table. I can say I am very happy with my purchase!
This inversion table is so awesome. It has a plush back that's very padded and easily able to wipe down. The angle switch made it easy to get used to when I first used it. It's has 5 adjustable positional angles. I am 225 and this easily holds me with ease. I don't doubt it holds the 440 lb threshold. The feet grip is adjustable. It has nice padded ankle supports. It's very simple to adjust the height and it is written in inches and feet. I did some upside down sit-ups on it and it didn't even budge an inch. It has nice grip on the support railing. The handle bars are rounded so it is easy to pull yourself up or lower yourself back.
Received item in just 4 days, came with a good package. It's very easy to be assembled by following installation instruction, even there are some typos on it. The quality of item is pretty good and it looks sturdy. I'm around 180 pounds and I even tried to do the weight-lift while sitting on it, which means it can be used as a weight bench. The angle of the board can be adjusted from 5 degree to 90 degree, so you can basically lay on it flat or upside down. You can just lay on it and relax yourself, that would make you feel much better with you back after sitting and working all day long. It also can be folded up and stored in closet, that is very important for the people like me who live in a apartment. Reading the bad English in the product description was almost enough to put me off. I liked the idea that this had a larger weight capacity than the others. I received this right away. It was difficult to assemble due to the lack of a complete set of bolts and very small and unreadable diagrams. The device is very simple to setup. A few large pictures in the instructions could have easily solved that. A little better quality control on the package of bolts would be better. I happened to have a few bolts lying around and was easily able to complete the installation. If you purchase this, pick up 10 3/16" 1 1/2" bolts nuts and washers. Once assembled, this is an outstanding unit. Very heavy duty and easy to use. I am satisfied with the product.

It took me about 30 minutes total to put the inversion table together at a comfortable pace. The box included all the nuts and bolts I needed to put the inversion table together using the instruction manual in an easy to follow, step-by-step process. I was pleasantly surprised how simple this was to assemble on my own with all the required tools included in the box.

Once I had the table adjusted correctly for my height and balanced for my body weight I was able to lock my legs into the bottom and lay back against the inversion table with my hands by my side and rest comfortably. Then when I was ready to invert, all I did was start to slowly raise my arms above my head and the table automatically started to shifting my body to the exact angle that I preset before starting. My body was perfectly balanced on the inversion table just like a fulcrum, with just the movement of my arms needed to shift the balance of the table. To pull myself back up I just grab onto the handles and lift myself back to an upright position.
After testing out the unit several times I felt much more comfortable with using the table and therefore received even more benefits as I was able to relax more into the inverted position.
