The Viva Ergonomic High Back Leather Executive Office Chair with adjustable armrests is a very easy chair to assemble. All I had to do was follow the simple 6 step by step directions before the chair was fully ready to use. The diagram directions are clear and all the hardware including an allen wrench is included and everything is well labeled. It only took me about 15 minutes to fully assemble the chair after separating the parts from the packing material.
This chair gives me excellent low back support and allows me to raise or lower the height of the chair with a lever located under the seat. I can also make the backrest firm or release the backrest to allow free movement forward or backwards by pulling out the control handle located under the chairs seat. There's also a adjustable tilt tension control knob that give me just the right amount of tilt support when I lean back into the chair.

I think this chair is absolutely beautiful. It looks luxurious with it’s thick black leather and padded high back. I love that the lumbar support is adjustable to easily fit in that part of the small back that needs extra attention. That is one of the things I like most about, as it sets it apart from other chairs I have had in the past. The head support is also adjustable and very comfortable. The chair is heavy but moves very smoothly across the carpet. It swivels 360 degrees and is adjustable up and down for those who were blessed with longer legs. It also rocks very smoothly, which I love because I’m not one to sit still, even when working at my desk. I’m about 5’7” and weigh around 120. My brother is 6’2”, weighs 160 and with the adjustment the chair fits him too. It feels very sturdy and I have no fear of this chair falling over or falling apart when I collapse on it.
It took me about 30 minutes to put the chair together (as I’m not completely mechanical). I’ve only been using it for about a day but it truly feels well made and I’m not worried about it breaking. At this point, I would definitely recommend this chair.

Great chair! The box was rather large and heavy, but the chair was fairly easy to put together. So far, it has been very comfortable!

I'm 5'8'' 185 lbs. Average proportion (not long leg not long body) and the chair fits me well.
If you are 15-20% larger than me you should look for a larger chair.

The lumbar pad, it has about 6 inch's of adjustment up and down free sliding stays were you put it and is removable if you cant stand it.
I really like it.
The Padded head rest also has about 6 inches of adjustment up or down and can also be removed.
All the way down meets nicely with shoulders, all the way up supports neck and lower head for resting. Outstanding.
The flat seat surface ( this is not a automobile and does not need side bolstering to hold me in the seat.)
The flip up arm rests (it is a feature I use)
