Just received this tent for my art shows and it seems good, a bit heavier than expected for myself to handle but I guess this is how most tents are; nice and bright!

Great quality pop up tent. Fabric seems more durable than many I've seen. I used at a block party and have had up on our deck for about a month in the CA sun, and a couple rains and it has held up well. The first time I put up it was difficult to press the canopy all the way up to get it to lock (wife couldn't do it), but subsequent times it loosened up and seemed easier. We leave the cover on when putting it away and everything still fits in the durable, wheeled carry case just fine. I recommend.
We got this for camping in Southern California so our need was purely just sun protection around the tent site. The tent is incredibly easy to set up / take down and worked great. For the price, you can't go wrong if you just need basic uv protection. I was hesitant at first just because it was so inexpensive compared to the alternatives out there. Only used it once so far but definitely happy with it.
