The Homeleader compact dehumidifier uses Peltier technology (no compressor), which makes it light and quiet. It is perfect for small rooms. Poor ventilation causes musty odour and fungus in cars, wardrobes, larder, cabinet or storage room...etc. The mini dehumidifier eliminates this problem by keeping them free of unwanted moisture. When the water tank is full, with approximately 68oz of water collected, the unit will automatically switched off and the "Red" LED will come on.

Homeleader® Electric Compact Dehumidifier is perfect for small rooms. This is a small dehumidifier that can be plugged into the wall or a cigarette lighter outlet. Its lightweight and quiet. It just sounds like a fan running. I have a small basement that gets musty smelling so I placed my dehumidifier in my bssement. This would also be great in an office, rv or storage room. The tank holds 68 oz of water. When the tank is full, a light comes in and the unit turns off. This comes with two cords one for home use and one for in the car. I gave this 5 stars because I love how lightweight and quiet it is.
I am living in Florida in a motorhome and the humidity in the rv is just awful. I would also like to add that when we do have the air conditioner on all night the windows get all fogged up or condensation on them. So that is another reason I opted in on this Dehumidifier. This Dehumidifier is portable, lightweight and well built, comes with a power cord for your home and a car adapter for your vehicle. This product is so easy to use , to move , to clean and has a nice viewing window in the front to see how much water you have collected.I have had mine on for 2 days now and it is just amazing how much water this dehumidifier does collect. I recommend this wonderful unit . I can not say enough good things about this Product and im so thankful to have this
Wow this really ain't a bad product.This dehumidifier which uses Peltier technology isn't too shabby either. The first couple of days it didn't seem to collect any water but it wasn't Humid. Then when it rained it got really muggy I then turned it on and within minutes it started to collect water within 2 hours you could actually feel a noticeable difference in air quality. I was actually quite pleased because I was going to box it up and ship it back. I am glad I didn't. Thanks Bizarkdeal another one of your quality items
Love this product, I purchased it to use in my camper during the fall/winter months when we are not using it every weekend. It is small and easy to use. I turned it on in my basement just to make sure I was using it right and you don't even know it is on. Great item!
The Homeleader Electric Compact Dehumidifer is a great way to remove moisture from a bathroom, bedroom or damp car. This dehumidifier comes with a A/C cord to connect to a standard wall socket, and a D/C 12V cigarette lighter cord to connect to the interior of my vehicle. There's an on/off switch that makes it easy to switch between A/C and D/C power. The unit has blue lights on the side which work great as a nightlights. The fan inside the unit has a fairly quiet volume, much lower noise than my full-sized dehumidifier makes. The water collection bucket is decent size and has a gauge on the front to let me know when the water level get closer to full. When the unit is full the dehumidifier will automatically switch off and a RED LED light will come on to show the unit is full. The collection tank comes out of the unit making it easy to empty the water and reset the dehumidifier to start collecting moisture again.
This is perfect for my bedroom. You just plug it in and go. When it fills, which takes some time you empty it and it's ready to go again. May get 2 additional ones for my other bedrooms. The nice part is it doesn't take up a ton of space.
I really like this Homeleader Electric Compact Dehumidifier. The picture really doesn't show how nicely designed this dehumidifier is. It's bigger then I thought it was going to be so that's a plus. You will get step by step instructions on how to use this dehumidifier. It can be used in your home or car. It comes with a car charger and wall plug. This dehumidifier has auto-off when the water tank is full. The water tank capacity is 68oz. It does take a long time for the water to full up in the tank. You will see a red light when it's full. I like that it's really light weight and easy to move from room to room. It weighs around 5 pounds so its not heavy at all. I was surprised by how quiet it was. I didn't even know it was on, that's how quiet it is. It is perfect for small rooms or rooms with poor ventilation. I would recommend this dehumidifier to anyone.
Keep it running in my cargo trailer conversion for moisture control. Creates a tad bit of heat but nothing crazy. The ability to switch back and forth between AC and DC is wonderful whether you are driving using batteries or parked on shore. Recently in the Midwest I had this puppy on for 3 days while parked in which it extracted 20 oz of water from the air keeping my bedding dry. Pretty impressed with this Peltier design. minimal power draw with great effectiveness for my 8ft x 16ft trailer box. Only cons are I wish it came with a larger collection tray as it can fill up quick in humid environments. The LED lights are quite bright and the vent design/collection tray on the backside doesnt allow for wall mounting meaning this unit must be free standing away from rear obstructions
Have you ever heard the phrase, "size doesn't matter?" Well in this case it is true! This small, compact dehumidifier does a better job than the dehumidifier I used to have that was twice ad big! It's easy to travel around the house to place the dehumidifier in different rooms because it is so lightweight. I needed it the most inside my walk in closet because my clothes have a musty odor to them and I had to keep rewashing them to get the smell away. I have noticed a difference already in just a few short days. The clothing doesn't seem as damp and it doesn't have as bad of a smell to it. I noticed it actually made the closet feel warmer because it's sucking in the moisture. I also have noticed that it helps take away the smokey smell of my wood burner I use to heat the house. The dehumidifier doesn't make much noise it is actually quiet and I think tiny bit of noise it does make is relaxing. No more using the sound maker to go to sleep! The tank can hold up to 68 ounces and then it needs dumped. A red light will indicate when it's full and then all you have to do is pull out the plastic tank and dump in down the drain. You can watch to make sure it doesn't get too full before you dump it. It won't overflow because it automatically shuts off when it gets full but I like to dump mine right before it gets full because it's easier. You can use this anywhere in your house, an office, or even in your car! It has an AC and DC hook up so it can be plugged into an outlet or into the car. Within the first few hours of using it, mine already had a little bit of water in it. This is definitely a well made dehumidifier!
